Bè, almeno uno di voi se n'è accorto prima che dessi la notizia.
Mi è venuta questa malsana idea di scrivere il blog anche in inglese. Eh già, traducendo più o meno liberamente ogni post. Per cui da oggi il Blog Qualunque è anche the Anyblog. Ma perché? direte voi, e tosto vi risponderò: così, tanto per. Certo mi farebbe piacere avere qualche visitatore internazionale, ma non è quello lo scopo. Lo scopo è scrivere in inglese, che è una cosa che mi piace. Punto. In linea con la regola I.2 del manifesto. E chissà, magari mi servirà anche come esercizio per raffinarlo, sto inglese. Vedremo. Comunque, mano a mano che andrò avanti vorrei anche tradurre un paio di cosette arretrate, sicuramente gli interventi dello Scrittore, i testicoli (ovvero i piccoli testi... mmm, questa sarà intraducibile) in corsivo sparsi per il blog.
Ma cambiamo totalmente tono e discorso, e parliamo totalemente di altro. Ieri sera dovevo andare a piazza Barberini (percorso di circa 8 chilometri e mezzo), con il motorino come al solito. Ma proprio all'uscita di casa, pacca sulla fronte, mi ero dimenticato totalemente che il motorino è a riparare, con la marmitta otturata da cambiare. Ci penso su un attimo, e faccio quella che scherzosamente ho poi definito la cosa più logica da fare. Sono andato in bici.
Ecco, io e la mia bici, siamo un po' come un ragazzo e una ragazza: siamo stati insieme per tutto il liceo, poi per un motivo o per un altro ci siamo lasciati dopo il primo anno di univeristà, vedendoci comunque sporadicamente; ogni tanto abbiamo avuto un ritorno di fiamma, a volte per pochi giorni, a volte più a lungo, ma sempre separandoci di nuovo; è successo che abbiamo litigato, o magari che non potevo più contare su di lei sul più bello, o anche che la trattavo male e lei si offendeva; tre giorni fa, appunto abbandoato dal motorino, ci siamo rivisti ed è scoppiata di nuovo la passione. Non è ancora finita tra di noi.
Comunque, dopo questo breve excursus a tinte rosa, torniamo alla mia bella scampagnata (per quanto di campagna ne ho vista ben poca). Insomma, l'andata è stata bella, ma il ritorno è stato qualcosa di spettacolare. Anche perché è iniziato alle tre e mezza di notte. Insomma, a spasso per una città come Roma, di notte, vuota, a sentire l'asfalto scorrere veloce sotto i piedi, guadagnandosi ogni metro della metropoli, prendendosi il tempo che serve, con la musica nelle orecchie, come fosse una di quelle scene di viaggio da film, con il protagonista che va avanti e lo spettatore (e in questo caso coincidevano entrambi con me) sommerso dalla sola musica. Bello. Bello bello. Roma di notte è poesia urbana che attende solo occhi che la leggano.
... certo, mi sono svegliato un po' stanchino stamattina, eh!

In effetti… come per le donne così per le bici mi considero poligamo… solo che di donne manco a vederne! E anche di bici: ne ho tre, tutte ben diverse tra di loro, ma tutte con riparazioni da fare, perciò stanno ancora sul mio terrazzo ad aspettare che mi abbandonino povertà economica e pigrizia.
